Dear Investor,

The Purpose of this letter regarding the project "LiveWire" is to create no only a successful short feature/biography, but to enhance the audience awareness of the life of Al Bozzi, writer and creator of the book, "The Big Score." Take Two Entertainment intentions to produce this film are as follows:

1. We are seeking private investors to found our short film. The investor will receive Executive Producer credit and 50% of the net profits. In addition to their initial investment, they will receive 10% interest per annum. There will be no big starts, no expensive car crashes, but a sincere attempt to portray something important on film.
   
   
2. Gain a perspective audience through the selling of a short 20 minute biography to such prominent cable channels as E-entertainment, A & E, Discovery, and the History Channel.
   
   
3. Take Two Entertainment will also pursue network channels, and cable networks with hopes to produce a hit pilot or mow.
   
   
4. Another area which has been successful in recouping financial investments from movie shorts are film festivals and the film markets.
   
   
5. Having created the awareness from our perspective cable, network, and film market, our task is to immediately pursue the development of a feature length script regarding the life of Al Bozzi. We hope to achieve a marketable script with intriguing elements, surprises, and originality which the audience would grasp, and have a desire to view on the big screen.

Take Two Entertainment intends to begin filming the project titled, "LiveWire" in the third week of September, 2004, and will do so after Take Two Entertainment has allocated the necessary investment of $30,000 from potential investors. Funds will be distributed among Crew, Casts, Location rentals, Permits, Props, Wardrobe, Equipment such as cameras, film, lighting, etc., Special Effects, Catering, Editing, Music, Sound, and any other necessary items pertaining to the development, shooting, and marketing of the project.

Any perspective investor should be aware that there are some risks in filmmaking and there's no way to know if it will be a financial success. With our years of experience and talent, we will work hard to make this a very exciting and rewarding experience.
